Learning Rights Law Center provides advice for parents who\’s children have faced issues accessing education due to disability or discrimination. Learning Rights counsels parents and provides individualized action plans to help fix the problem.

Get help with veterans benefits issues

Veterans Legal Institute helps veterans, active duty service members, and reservists who have disabilities, medical conditions, or injuries incurred or made worse during military service by determining and applying for the benefits they are entitled to.

Get free care management support for adults

The Linkages program provides support in daily and crucial living activities for those who have mental health issues that prevent them from living independently. Care management, assessments, advocacy and referral to other services are provided.

Apply for disability programs for individuals and Veterans

County-Wide Benefits Entitlements Services (CBEST) program helps qualified homeless individuals or Veterans with mental and physical health issues apply for disability programs including Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Social Security Disability Income (SSDI), Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants (CAPI), Veterans Benefits for all former or active military, and housing benefits.
