Access provides ADA complementary, curb-to-curb, paratransit service for functionally disabled individuals. Personal Care Attendants may ride with the qualified rider for free.

Eligibility Requirements
Eligibility is based on the individual’s ability to use accessible buses and trains in Los Angeles County, not solely based on the disability, age, or medical diagnosis. It is determined through an in-person Transit Evaluation.
