The Disability Support Program has social workers who help individuals with disabilities negotiate medical bills, arrange for home care and facilitate referrals to community resources, coordinate private and public unemployment services, state disability, and connect clients to housing, transportation, income support, medical and other specialized services.

Receive developmental services for adults with disabilities

Exceptional Children\’s Foundation offers developmental services for adults with moderate to profound developmental disabilities, including intellectual disability, Down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, and traumatic brain injury. Adults will learn about personal grooming, physical fitness, cooking, crafts activities, using public transportation, and more, all with respect for each individual’s ability level.

Get support services for family caregivers

The Family Caregiver Support Program (FCSP) provides support to unpaid caregivers caring for elderly relatives or younger family members. Services include information and referrals, case management, counseling, support groups, respite care, and more.
