InClusion Services offers Mobility Training Services (MTS) for individuals with developmental disabilities. The program provides training in decision making, time management, how to pay for public transportation, street safety, traffic laws, and more.

Disabled Resource Center of Long Beach provides employment services for people with disabilities. Services include: job development, resume writing, interview skills, mobility training, and computer training.

Joyful Adult Day Health Care center provides a combination of 24/7 nursing, Psychosocial, OT/PT, dietary and daily activities to participants.

NLACRC provides an online tool to search for a convenient service provider.

The Giant Steps Community Integration Day Program provides community based group trainings and activities where individuals are able to explore their local communities through volunteering, sports, and computer training. Transportation is provided.

The Benefits Counseling or Advocacy program assists individuals with disabilities in understanding, applying for benefits and resolving issues related to their benefits.

JLA Trust helps those with disabilities who receive SSI, IHSS, or MediCal to receive an inheritance or legal settlement of more than $2,000 through a pooled special needs trust. It is an easy and affordable way to keep those funds without jeopardizing essential government benefits. First series of consultations are free.

Peace Over Violence offers Self Defense and Safety workshops specifically for women with physical disabilities. The program is presented in four modules to empower participants to prevent crime and victimization and learn how to overcome fear in life.

Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center helps individuals get services that are needed because of a developmental disability. Services include diagnosis, eligibility assessment, counseling, genetic counseling, intervention services for at-risk infants, family support, and placement of out-of-home care.

The Supportive Services Program helps older adults over the age of 60 maintain independent living. Services include case management, in-home respite care, Alzheimer’s day care, personal care and homemaking.

The Kheir Clinic\’s Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) program offers daily healthcare activities for eligible adults living with disabilities. Services include on-site care, personal assistance, physical therapy, speech therapy, hot meals, and more.

SCRS offered assistive technology services. This includes the donation of durable medical equipment and devices to the disability community in need, a Lending Library program and home modifications to those eligible, residing in the cities of Whittier and South Gate.

Child Development Services offers services in California to infants and toddlers who are blind, visually impaired or have multiple disabilities. Services aim to increase children\’s visual functioning, sensory awareness, communication and social skills.

ICLC\’s staff helps veterans who are experiencing homelessness file disability claims, get discharge upgrades, navigate complex benefit systems, avoid eviction, and expunge minor criminal offenses from their records.

Drew Child Development Corporation provides an early intervention program for children ages 18 months – 3 years with disabilities. The program provides services for children in their homes and in the community to help meet their developmental needs.

The goal of the infant program is to increase the child’s language, emotional, social, physical and cognitive skills. Parents receive training in feeding, sleeping, toileting and behavior management.

InClusion Services offers Supported Living Services (SLS) for individuals with developmental disabilities. The program provides training and support, including housing assistance, household skills training, help with shopping, resource access, and more.

CAPC, Inc. provides the Supported Living program where individuals can live in a home or apartment of their choice and receive support specific to their needs and lifestyle. Case managers help each person manage money and pay bills, attend medical appointments and follow doctor\’s orders, take care of the household, get around the community safely, get a job, and use community resources.
