InClusion Services offers Supported Living Services (SLS) for individuals with developmental disabilities. The program provides training and support, including housing assistance, household skills training, help with shopping, resource access, and more.
Eligibility Requirements
Must have an ambulatory or non-ambulatory status; Must have diagnosis of a Mild to Moderate developmental disability per Regional Center’s guidelines; Individual must require supervisor and assistance; Individuals ages 60 and older need prior approval
