REACH provides Supported Living Services by helping individuals with disabilities such as cerebral palsy or autism find and coordinate support in order to live more independently.
Eligibility Requirements
Must be a current client of a Regional Center and have expressed the desire to live in his/her own home independently or through an advocate.
