Communities Actively Living Independent and Free
Peace Over Violence\’s Deaf, Disabled & Elder (DDE) Services Program provides dedicated services for survivors of sexual and domestic violence, as well as other crimes. Services include emergency services, counseling, and case management.

Services are provided for seniors, deaf individuals, and those living with disabilities who have experienced crimes such as sexual or domestic violence
