Communities Actively Living Independent and Free
The Pasadena Department of Water and Power (PWP) offers three income-qualified financial assistance programs for paying electric bills. The programs include a monthly bill credit, and help offsetting electricity costs associated with home medical equipment for qualifying seniors or people with disabilities.
Eligibility Requirements
You must be a PWP Residential Electric Customer and meet the income qualifications (see link for more information).
