Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center helps individuals with developmental disabilities apply for services including assistive technology, nursing, nutrition, physical therapy, transportation, social work, vision, case management, and more.
Eligibility Requirements
Infants and toddlers may be eligible for Early Start Services if they show developmental delay, have an established risk condition or have high risk factors that require early start services.
