The City of Gardena sponsors an Alzheimer\’s Day Care Resource Center at St. John Lutheran Church. The Center\’s goal is to improve the quality of life of older persons who are socially isolated because of physical disability or memory loss, and to keep them out of convalescent homes. The Center is currently closed.

Eligibility Requirements
Eligible individuals include the frail, disabled, memory-impaired, post-stroke, or homebound.
