Project New Hope has several independent living properties for individuals living with HIV/AIDS plus properties specifically for seniors and chronically homeless individuals with disabilities.
Eligibility Requirements
To meet the preliminary eligibility, the Primary Applicant must: Be 18 years of age or older (head, co-head or spouse) and have AIDS or HIV. The household’s annual income may not exceed the applicable income limits established by HUD.
