Communities Actively Living Independent and Free
SRO Housing offers permanent supportive housing to people with disabilities or complex physical/behavioral health conditions. They also provide case management for needs including mental health, medical, dental, transportation, food, drug/alcohol treatment, support groups, socialization/recreational activities, In-Home Supportive Services and more.

Eligibility Requirements
Income-eligible, chronically homeless and with one one of three disabilities: mental illness, chronic substance abuse, and/or HIV/AIDS. Meet HUD requirements for Shelter Plus Care Program.
