Wayfinder Family Services provides a group home for adults ages 18-59 with moderate-to-severe disabilities. The program has structured programming, regular visiting hours and home visits, comprehensive case management, family camp sessions, and other amenities for residents.

For adults living with moderate-to-severe disabilities who may be medically fragile.
