Bixby Knolls Towers offers skilled nursing care for seniors in the Healthcare Center. Nurses may be specialized in providing care related to diabetes management, dietary programs, foot care, pain management, wound care and offsite dialysis.

Get remote schooling for students in a home or a hospital

LAUSD Carlson Home/Hospital School Instruction program offers in home or hospital instruction for students whose noncontagious temporary medical disability prevents attendance in class for a limited period of time. The program aims to maintain continuity of the student’s schooling during the interim period of disability.

Wise & Healthy Aging\’s Transportation and Mobility Services offers curb to curb van transportation at low cost for seniors and people with disabilities who live in Santa Monica. Services can be used to go to doctor appointments, attend a class, and attend recreational activities.
