Communities Actively Living Independent and Free
Child Development Services offers services in California to infants and toddlers who are blind, visually impaired or have multiple disabilities, including parent support groups, advocacy trainings, educational workshops and family activities.
Eligibility Requirements
Services are for infants and toddlers, ages birth to 3, who have vision loss or significant multiple disabilities. Children ages 4 through 6 who meet the same criteria attend quarterly events
