The Santa Clarita Valley Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) Early Start program provides early intervention services for infants and toddlers with or at risk of disabilities or developmental delay, including vision impairments, orthopedic impairments, or children with a hearing loss.
Eligibility Requirements
