Antelope Valley Community Clinic\’s Adult Day Health Care provides services for aging adults as well as adults 18 and older with physical or mental impairments.
Eligibility Requirements
Must be an aging adult or 18+ and suffer from chronic health problems that affect normal daily activities; have a medical condition that needs doctor-ordered treatment; or need ongoing therapeutic recreation, socialization, or observation.
