City of Azusa\’s Dial-A-Ride service provides transportation assistance for seniors ages 55 and older and individuals living with disabilities within City of Azusa for grocery shopping, appointments and visiting the senior center.

Monday – Friday: 5:00 am – 6:00 pm
Eligibility Requirements
Individuals ages 55 and younger are eligible if living with a permanent disability; Spouses are also eligible to use the service; Can be used for grocery shopping, doctor’s appointments, local shopping, senior center visits, and errands
