Communities Actively Living Independent and Free
CAPC, Inc. provides the Supported Living program where individuals can live in a home or apartment of their choice and receive support specific to their needs and lifestyle. Case managers help each person manage money and pay bills, attend medical appointments and follow doctor\’s orders, take care of the household, get around the community safely, get a job, and use community resources.

Client must live within a 10 mile radius of the Whittier or Fullerton office.
