Communities Actively Living Independent and Free
Heart Club is a social and recreational club for teens, and adults with developmental, physical, and/or learning disabilities. Activities include crafts, meals, dances, games, and sports. Activities take place at Gerdes Park.

Eligibility Requirements
Must be at least 13 years of age to participate. All participants must have a current medical/ emergency form on file with the department in order to participate.
