Gymnastics sessions include climbing, tumbling, trampoline, balance beam, bars, vault and strength and conditioning. These activities helps build muscle strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and posture, which can increase spatial awareness, body management, and self-confidence. Each gymnast is assessed and provided individual goals to achieve. Sessions are available for all ages and abilities either 1:1 or small groups.
