Communities Actively Living Independent and Free
Entertainment Community Fund has developed affordable housing for professionals of the entertainment industry. The Palm View is a 40-unit apartment complex that provides homes to income eligible people with disabilities or who are living with HIV/AIDs.
Eligibility Requirements
The annual income to qualify as a Palm View resident is a maximum of $24,840 for one bedrooms, and $47,300 –$59,100 for two bedrooms.
