JFS’ Home Delivered Meal program provides home-bound seniors and people with diverse abilities with meals. You can receive either a hot meal each day or a week’s worth of frozen meals.
Eligibility Requirements
Individuals must schedule an intake with the JFS Home Delivered Meal Coordinator to qualify for the program.
