Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center\’s Early Start Program helps to create an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) for children ages 0-3 with developmental disabilities. The plan can include services such as assistive technology, family training, nursing services, nutrition services, social work services and much more.

Eligibility Requirements
Must have a developmental delay, established risk condition, or high risk factors.
