Communities Actively Living Independent and Free

SRO Housing offers permanent supportive housing to people with disabilities or complex physical/behavioral health conditions. They also provide case management for needs including mental health, medical, dental, transportation, food, drug/alcohol treatment, support groups, socialization/recreational activities, In-Home Supportive Services and more.

Monday – Friday Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
Eligibility Requirements Income-eligible, chronically homeless and with one one of three disabilities: mental illness, chronic substance abuse, and/or HIV/AIDS. Meet HUD requirements for Shelter Plus Care Program.
